Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Union County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off.
