QC technician • Laurel County, Kentucky

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Laurel County, Kentucky. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
