Powder coating operator — Thomas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Thomas County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience.
