Bread baker wanted in Warren County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Warren County, Mississippi. You will work in a bread factory. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
