Dispatch assistant — Caroline County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Caroline County, Virginia. You will be based at a regional distribution hub. On a typical shift you will assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck; put away stock into racking locations following FIFO. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
