Prep cook — Berrien County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Berrien County, Georgia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
