Milling machine operator • Pawnee County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Pawnee County, Nebraska. You will be based in a toolroom. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
