Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On a typical shift you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
