In-process quality controller • Fayette County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Fayette County, Texas. Day to day you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Rotating shifts.
