We are recruiting: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Monroe County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
