Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Morgan County, Missouri. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication.
