Gas commissioning technician — Highlands County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Highlands County, Florida. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Rotating shifts.
