Grill cook — Ingawa

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Ingawa, Katsina State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
