Banksman — Cheyenne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Cheyenne County, Kansas. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. On a typical shift you will secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles $9,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
