Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Gaines County, Texas. You will work in a botanical garden. The role involves apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
