Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
