Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Coles County, Illinois. You will work at an accident repair garage. On the job you will handle: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
