Urgent requirement: plasterer (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer in Jackson County, Iowa. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents On the job you will handle: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
