We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile fixer in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Your main tasks: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even Rotating shifts.
