Pipe tig welder • Mobbar, Borno State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Mobbar, Borno State. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Part-time with flexible hours.
