Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Kimble County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
