Powder coating technician — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jefferson County, Washington. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
