Brickwork mason — Gwiwa

Join our team: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. You will be based on a commercial construction site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
