Immediate opening: joiner (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a joiner in Rockbridge County, Virginia. You should have: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings The role involves: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet 4+ years on the tools preferred. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
