Production line inspector — Mercer County

The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
