Immediate opening: production machine operator (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production machine operator in Marion County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day to day you will record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
