Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Edwards County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On the job you will handle: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
