Powder coating sprayer • Ford County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ford County, Kansas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
