Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Lamar County, Texas. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 3+ years on the tools preferred.
