Dough maker — Unicoi County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Unicoi County, Tennessee. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
