Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Lamar County, Texas. The role involves log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
