Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Florida)

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Walton County, Florida. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
