Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Sokoto State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Wamako, Sokoto State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
