In-process quality controller wanted in Noxubee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Noxubee County, Mississippi. You will be based at a food processing unit. Your main tasks: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
