Stitching operator wanted in Morris County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Morris County, New Jersey. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Part-time with flexible hours.
