Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Emmet County, Michigan. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
