We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in DeSoto County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
