Waiter — Lemhi County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Lemhi County, Idaho. You will work in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Rotating shifts.
