You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Day-to-day duties: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
