Dough maker wanted in Pasquotank County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
