Advanced scaffolder — Rowan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Rowan County, North Carolina. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
