What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
