Immediate opening: protective coatings painter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Throckmorton County, Texas. The job is at a property maintenance company. On a typical shift you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
