Vacancy available: slinger signaller (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will be based at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
