Gas installation technician — Guri

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Guri, Jigawa State. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
