Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile installer in Jefferson County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Full-time, day shift.
