Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Rabun County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
