Urgent requirement: we are hiring a JCB operator in Guadalupe County, Texas. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances The role involves: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs 1+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
