Surface coating operator — Borough of Oldham

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Borough of Oldham, England. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
