You should have: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts On a typical shift you will carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub.
